1. Information We Collect: Sure Ride Transportation collects personal information necessary to provide transportation services, including your name, phone number, email address, and pickup/drop-off locations.

2. How We Use Your Information: We use your data to: (a) Facilitate your booking and dispatch drivers; (b) Process payments; (c) Send ride status updates via SMS or Email; (d) Improve our customer service.

3. SMS Consent (A2P 10DLC): By providing your phone number to Sure Ride Transportation, you consent to receive text messages regarding your booking (e.g., driver arrived, ride confirmed). Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt-out at any time.

4. Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with our dispatch system and payment processors as required to fulfill your service.

5. Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

1. Reservations: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a full fare charge. No-shows will be charged the full rate.

3. Waiting Time: For airport pickups, we grant a 30-minute grace period after flight landing. For non-airport pickups, a 10-minute grace period applies. Waiting time is charged thereafter.

4. Liability: Sure Ride Transportation is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical failure. In such events, we will make every effort to notify the passenger.

5. Cleaning Fees: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. A cleaning fee of up to $250 may be charged for excessive mess or spills.
